Peak week is the final week before the show. A proper plan and ability to adapt is imperative.

There are many different approaches for peak week. Some techniques will work well for one athlete but not another.  What is important is that prior to peak week, you look ready for the stage. Then peak week will be used to maintain that look and make SMALL adjustments to maximize your look.

The following peak week has been tested on countless athletes. Many earned overall trophies in their first contests. Others used the plan to turn pro and even compete in the Olympia. Consider this a starting point and each time you compete make adjustment to fine tune the plan to yourself.
