
We have received special instructions from the Ministry of Sports of Russia to help our athletes cross closed borders and receive a Humanitarian Visa to compete in Russia.
Step 1
Documentations and Information needed:
- First & Last Name
- Citizenship
- Current Residency
- Date of Birth
- Passport #
- Passport Issue Date
- Passport Expiration Date
- Copy of Passport
- Title (Athlete, coach, family, etc.)
ALL information must be included in the body of an email with a photo copy of your passport and sent to russia@centerpodium.com before February 24, 2021 to ensure we can submit your information to the Ministry of Sports Russia to process your visa.
Step 2
Once you have received your visa, you will need to submit:
- First & Last Name
- Country traveling from
- Passport #
- Passport Expiration Date
- Visa #
- Visa Expiration Date
- Arrival Date & Time
- Departure Date & Time
- Airline Flight numbers
- Title (athlete, coach, family, etc.)
- Place of Stay
ALL information must be included in the body of an email with a photo copy of your passport and Visa and sent to events@centerpodium.com before March 21, 2021 to ensure we submit your information to the Police and FSB.
We encourage everyone traveling to take a COVID-19 test before they travel. EVERYONE must complete a COVID-19 Test within 72 hours of arriving to Russia. You can take a test at the airport or at our venue Vegas City Hall.
