Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Processing and shipping are during business hours Monday-Friday. During show weekends, we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and shipping delays may occur. During peak show weekends, please allow 4-5 business days for your order to ship.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number from USPS.
Damages
Center Podium is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase date. Please make sure to include the items with their original packaging and tags. All returns will be credited via store credit in the form of a code. Sale Items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
