NPC Worldwide International Championships at Athleticon with The Rock

Atlanta, Georgia October 9-11

The IFBB Pro League will be hosting a mega IFBB Pro League Pro competition at Athleticon. Athleticon is a mega fitness event produced by Duane “The Rock” Johnson. Also for the first time, amateur athletes from around the globe will have an opportunity to represent their country for an unforgettable experience at the NPC Worldwide International Championship at Athleticon in Atlanta, Georgia on October 9-11, 2020.  The best athletes will battle to make history and obtain the world title and that coveted IFBB Pro status.

With a new event, comes many questions. Since Center Podium hosts the NPC Worldwide International Russia Championship where our international athletes earn points towards the Athleticon event, we hope we can help outline the requirements and rules for qualifying for this upcoming event!

Qualification Rules

Divisions:

• The NPC WORLDWIDE INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS is open to the following divisions only: Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Women’s Fitness, Women’s Figure, Women’s Bikini, Women’s Physique and Women’s Wellness.
• No Novice, Junior and/or Master divisions.

Citizenship:

• The NPC WORLDWIDE INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS is not open to US athletes.

Points System:

• The division overall 2nd-5th place at a PRO QUALIFIER will receive 8, 7, 6 and 5 points.
• The division overall top 5 at a REGIONAL will receive 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point.
• If a division at a PRO QUALIFIER or REGIONAL has only one class, the competitors will be governed in accordance with rules 4 or 5 above.
• The head judge and statistician must ensure all competitors in the division overall receive a unique placing i.e. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th
• A list of qualified athletes and point standings will be maintained at NPCNEWSONLINE.com and IFBBPRO.com.

Qualification Information:

• The Qualifying Period is from October 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020.
• The top 5 finalists in the point standings in each division per country will qualify.
• On or about September 1, 2020, the list of qualified athletes will be posted.
• The division overall winner at the NPC WORLDWIDE INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS will earn the right to apply for an IFBB PRO card.
